Former Brazil forward Ronaldo did not attend the opening match of the Brazilians at the 2022 World Cup, in which the Selesao defeated the Serbian national team (2: 0).
As it turned out, the 46-year-old Brazilian passed a positive test for coronavirus and was isolated in a hotel. He is in good health, but has flu-like symptoms.
Ronaldo himself said on social networks: “Last night I caught a cold. I wasn’t too worried, but this morning I woke up with mild flu symptoms.
I ended up taking a COVID-19 test to clear my doubts and got a positive result. For the next 5 days, I will be isolated in my hotel room. Everything is fine. I had to watch the match at the stadium.”
