US Peacock streaming service has released the first trailer for a series based on a true story starring Kaley Cuoco and Chris Messina, best known for example from the Rilit Hurusa series.
Based on a true story, True Crime makes fun of medicine. The series also stars Tom Bateman, Priscilla Quintana, Liana Liberato, Natalia Dyer, Alex Alomar Akpobom, Ayesha Alpha, Annabelle Dexter-Jones and Lee Joon Lee.
The series was created and written by Craig Rosenberg. He also serves as executive producer alongside Jason Bateman, Michael Costigan, and Cuoco.
Netflix released two seasons of the American Vandal documentary on the same subject in 2017 and 2018. American Vandal is still one of the best Netflix original series. Both of its seasons were also praised in Murpopocket reviews:

Based on a true story, all eight episodes of the series will be available in the US on Peacock on June 8. The exact release date in Finland is not yet clear.
