The Legend of Zelda: Tear of the Kingdom has been released for the Nintendo Switch, and GameReactor’s review can be read here. The work garnered one of the highest ratings ever on Metacritic. In the UK, the game sold very well in physical form.
According to Games Industry, in 2023 Tears of the Kingdom will beat Hogwarts Legacy as the island kingdom’s best-selling game. It is also the biggest Zelda game release in the UK to date. Immediately after release, sales were 2.7 times what The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was able to do.
