The suspect was killed by multiple shots fired from a passing car.
Police have completed preliminary investigation into the murder that took place in Kokkola in early April.
It is about the incident of firing on April 2 at Tullikamarinkatu in Kokkola, in which a 60-year-old man was killed. Several bullets were fired at him from the moving car.

In early April, the District Court of Ostrobothnia imprisoned two men from northern Ostrobothnia, born in 1981 and 1976, on suspicion of murder.
Based on preliminary investigation, there were a total of three people in the immediate vicinity of the person who was shot at the time of the crime, none of whom were hurt by the incident.
As the case goes to prosecution, both male suspects are suspected of murder and three counts of attempted murder.
Both are also suspected of several minor offences, such as drunken driving and firearms offences. Both suspects are still in custody.
