Brendan O’Brien has passed away at the age of 60. He is best remembered as the original voice actor for Crash Bandicoot. Online, family and friends have remembered the late voice actor.
O’Brien was the voice of Crash Bandicoot from 1996 to 2004. Some of Crash Bandicoot’s famous remarks were apparently improvised by his voice actor.
One of his proudest moments was with the original voices for the “Crash Bandicoot” video game during the Naughty Dog years from 1996 to 2004. He encouraged nostalgic Crash fans in their pursuit and loved signing their memorabilia. Like music, the voices for the characters came naturally to him for designing animation, radio and video games.”
