On Warm Thursday, temperatures will be around 10 degrees or lower across the country.

The Finnish Meteorological Institute says that today the weather is unstable and very cold.

The temperature throughout the country remains around 10 degrees or below. The rain is concentrated in the western and northern parts of the country. In Lapland, it could rain the night before Thursday with snow in the morning.

The weather will be clear on Friday and the heat will increase. According to the Finnish Meteorological Institute, temperatures will rise by about 20 degrees across the country during the weekend.

Next week at the latest, we are already worried about temperature readings, says meteorologist on duty Tukka Kerenen.

– I would not dare to promise heat for the weekend yet, but in fact on Saturday and Sunday there will be temperatures in the 20s for a large part of the country, says Kernan.

– Especially in the south, you can reach around 22-23 degrees over the weekend.
