The fifth and final Indiana Jones film will have its world premiere tomorrow at the Cannes Film Festival.
The Cannes Film Festival kicked off yesterday and now the festival has released a new visual sampler from the film Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
The world premiere of the fifth Indiana Jones film will take place tomorrow, Thursday, May 18, in Cannes. The official synopsis of the film states the following:
Harrison Ford returns as the legendary archaeologist in the fifth and final installment of the iconic film series. Along with Ford, the film stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge (“Fleabag”), Antonio Banderas (“Suffering and Glory”), John Rice- Davis (“Hunters for the Lost Treasure”), Toby Jones (“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom”), Boyd Holbrook (“Logan”), Ethan Isidore (Mortal) and Mads Mikkelsen (Wonders: Dumbledore’s Secrets).
The film is directed by James Mangold (Le Mans 66, Logan) and produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers. John Williams, who has composed the music for every indie adventure since the first, 1981’s Hunters of the Lost Treasure, is again responsible for the film’s score.”
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny comes to Finnish cinemas on June 28.
