NetherRealm Studios has announced its next Mortal Kombat game, titled Mortal Kombat 1.
It has been said that the new part will also start from the clean slate of the main series universe, as evidenced by teaser clips previously published by the studio and rumors launched. In Mortal Kombat 1, you’ll meet a host of familiar characters while on a holiday of ferocious contemplation, whose backgrounds you can explore more closely with the new story mode. That includes, among others, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana and Mileena, who also appear in the announcement trailer, and of course Scorpion and Sub-Zero.
Mortal Kombat 1 is sold in three different editions, each available for pre-order starting May 19th. Pre-orderers also get access to the beta test that will be held in August, and Shang Tsung is already on the pre-order fighter list.
Mortal Kombat Out September 19th For PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and will be released for Nintendo Switch.
