Kemal Kilikdaroglu, the leader of the opposition who is a candidate in Turkey’s presidential election, promised in his speech today that he would deport millions of migrants from the country if elected.

With his anti-immigration message, Kilikdaroglu sought the support of ultra-nationalist lawmaker Sinan Ogan, who has become a key figure in Turkey’s presidential election after dropping out of the race in the first round of the election.

Both President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and opposition challenger Kilikdaroglu have sought Ogan’s favor in order to gain their votes to support a second round of elections.
