Nvidia has again introduced several new graphics card models.
The new products this time are the GeForce RTX 4060 models. Appearing in a total of three different variants, the 4060 collection is promised to offer performance at a mid-level price point.
The RTX 4060 Ti, which will be released next week, will initially hit the market as a model with only 8GB of memory. In July, the graphics card will also be released as a 16GB option, alongside an 8GB RTX 4060 model.
All three graphics cards are said to offer much better performance than their previous generation counterparts. According to Nvidia, the 4060 Ti will be about 1.15 times faster than the RTX 3060 Ti and 1.6 times faster than the 2060 Super. However, the performance advantage of the new graphics card increases with DLSS3 technology, which is said to make the RTX 4060 Ti up to 1.7 times faster than the 3060 Ti.
According to Nvidia, the RTX 4060 Ti graphics card includes 22 shader units, 51 RT cores, 353 Tensor cores, 32MB L2 cache, and 288GB/s memory bandwidth. On the other hand, the RTX 4060’s figures are 15 shader units, 35 RT cores, 242 Tensor cores, 24 MB L2 cache, and 272 GB/s.
Nvidia has also revealed the prices of the new models. Prices for the 8GB RTX 4060 Ti start at 459 Euros. You can already pay 569 euros for the 16GB model. The lowest-cost model is the RTX 4060, which costs €339.
